Encouraging workers in the field of the Lord.

The Corinthian Song

Good evening Colleagues and Prayer Warriors,

I am asking for your sincere prayers of intercession for Kevina Santucci. As it now stands. Kevina has overcome death on Monday evening as it has been brought to our attention today by the staff of the ICU in the Mass. General Hospital in Boston. They said of the five antibiotics that were keeping her alive with the life support machine, the doctors have now reduced her antibiotics to two today.

Kevina was in a borderline comatose condition to allow her to rest for a few more days. She is not heavily sedated anymore, but she does still have the breathing tube in her. As Karon and I walked into her room today calling her name, she opened her eyes to our voices.

Lastly, I am also asking prayer for Kevinas’ three year old daughter Karis who longs to have her by her side. Our son Jonathan who is due to graduate this week-end from Southern University, Karon my wife who has been at her side, and myself who has been running back and forth.

Through the years I have often learned that the Christian life is beset by many dangers, and duty seems too hard to perform. . . . Yet the voice of God speaks clearly, 'Go forward' like He speak to the children of Israel in Exodus 14:15. May we obey this command, even though our eyes cannot penetrate the darkness, and we feel the cold waves about our feet. . . . Remember, those who defer obedience till every shadow of uncertainty disappears and there remains no risk of failure or defeat, will never obey at all."

A prayer song: The Corinthian Song - Acapella Arrangement

Thank you everyone.
