Garden Ministry

Encouraging workers in the field of the Lord.

EVENING BLACK HISTORY AND EDUCATION HERITAGE SPECIAL

Good evening, family, friends, and colleagues,

I came home this afternoon and got involved in some old Bermuda history, and worked out, not in the gym , but in the garden, harvesting and lifting vegetables. It is a wonderful thing to share and give away the blessings of the garden to those who come. My daily prayer is, LORD let the ABUNDANT HARVEST GARDEN be a blessing to your children who needs.

If you ever doubt that farming builds both wealth and muscles, just visit me during harvesting days. The greatest need I have is helpers.

Did you know, "Useful occupation was appointed mankind as a blessing, to strengthen the body, to expand the mind, and to develop the character.?

It is said by them of old? "Let men and women work in field and orchard and garden. This will bring health and strength to nerve and muscle.... Every part of the human organism should be equally taxed. This is necessary for the harmonious development and action of every part.... God made nerve and muscle in order that they might be used. It is the inaction of the human machinery that brings suffering and disease."

We are also told that "More people die for want of exercise than through overfatigue; very many more rust out than wear out. Those who accustom themselves to proper exercise in the open air will generally have a good and vigorous circulation."

To those who love to exercise, "Morning exercise, in walking in the free, invigorating air of heaven, or cultivating flowers, small fruits, and vegetables, is necessary to a healthful circulation of the blood. It is the surest safeguard against colds, coughs, congestions of brain and lungs, inflammation of the liver, the kidneys, and the lungs, and a hundred other diseases."

"Go out and exercise every day, even though some things indoors have to be neglected."

Let us remember, "The more nearly we come into harmony with God's original plan, the more favorable will be our position for the recovery and preservation of health." I wish you a productive weekend and may your "sacks" always be full!" God bless you.

Chaplain what a testimony to the importance of health being wealth. God in His wisdom provided you with a vision to eat healthy but the greater part of it is your unselfish acts of sharing. That too soothes and cleanses the soul. Your Garden Ministry is a testament to God's desire for us to be our brother's keeper. Your harvest is abundant because your spirit abides abundantly. Thank you for a live rich lesson during Black History month. You live and practice this daily. May God continue to bless you abundantly. Love cuzzin.

Thanks and we should remember that it's the small things that bring big results.
