Someone once told me in life, never think that you are the big cheese, because there is always someone bigger then you and that someone is God. Success in life is good, but sometimes success can have its set backs also. The mother accompanied her to the car and was so worried about the drunkenness of her friends and she said to the daughter, holding her hand, who was already seated in the car: 'M y daughter, go with GOD and may HE protect you.' She responded: 'Only if HE (GOD) travels in the trunk, 'cause inside here....it's already full.' Hours later news came that they had been involved in a fatal accident. Everyone had died. The car could not be recognized as to what type of car it had been, but, surprisingly, the trunk was intact. The police said there was no way the trunk could have remained intact. To their surprise, inside the trunk was a crate of eggs. None was broken.

I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no Saviour. I have declared, and have saved, and I have showed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses." "I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; to open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house." Isaiah 43:10-12; 42:6.
Today let us answer this question? Am I working with the Lord, or against Him? The answer to this question is simple. If you are seeking fame in what you do, then you are working against God. B ut if you are seeking to help others first, second, and last, then you are building up the kingdom of God C alvary He followed the path of self-denial and sought not to be released from arduous tasks, painful travels and exhausting care and labor. He said, "The Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give His life a ransom for many." M atthew 20:28. This was the one great object of His life. Everything else was secondary and subservient. It was His meat and drink to do the will of God and to finish His work. after being pulled from the water at
while his two-year-old brother who was in the water with him,
is fighting for his life in the intensive care unit of one of the local
hospitals. Both boys were rushed to hospital yesterday afternoon
after being found lying face down in water.
